Everon, a FINMA-regulated Swiss Asset Manager, is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our independent advisor network through strategic relationship development and your established industry connections.
Your Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you'll work alongside experienced financial professionals who value their independence. Your responsibilities include converting qualified opportunities from our junior team whilst simultaneously leveraging your own network to engage senior advisors and relationship managers seeking a sophisticated platform solution. The focus is on quality over quantity—identifying advisors who align with our vision and bring established client relationships.
What You Will Bring
* Senior-Level Industry Standing: A minimum of 7-10 years in private banking, wealth management, or asset management, with a proven track record in complex sales cycles and high-value relationship management.
* Established Network: Direct access to senior advisors, relationship managers, and decision-makers across the Swiss financial services industry.
* Commercial Acumen: You understand the economics of wealth management, the independent advisor model, and what motivates experienced professionals to make a platform transition.
* Cultural Sensitivity: You know that senior advisors won't respond to aggressive sales tactics. Your approach is consultative, building trust through genuine understanding of their business challenges and aspirations.
* Regulatory Fluency: Deep familiarity with FINMA regulations and the Swiss financial regulatory environment.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages (German, French, Italian) are valued.
