Senior Legal Counsel Role
The Senior Legal Counsel is a high-level legal professional responsible for providing expert advice and support to the organization in matters related to digital technologies, online presence, and e-commerce.
* This role requires collaboration with various departments, including marketing, IT, and commercial teams, to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.
* A strong understanding of data protection laws (GDPR/RGPD) and digital technologies is essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing legal advice on digital technologies, online presence, and e-commerce.
2. Contributing to data protection projects (GDPR/RGPD) and CRM initiatives for subsidiaries.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as developing solutions considering economic and legal frameworks.
In order to succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
* Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in-house or at a law firm (corporate/commercial law).
* Deep knowledge and experience in data protection law (GDPR/RGPD) and digital technologies.
* Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to high-quality service, and ability to work independently and in a team.
* Fluency in French, German, and English, and ability to handle legal texts and negotiations in these languages.
