We are seeking an IT Service and Support Specialist, to directly contribute to achieving operational excellence and providing support to end users in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive customer-oriented Service Support Engineer, with flexibility to handle a broad set of user requirements.
Tasks
 * End User Support - Responsible for managing the delivery of IT support services by prioritizing and processing our support backlog queue.
 * On- and offboarding / Trainings - Act as a backup for personnel onboarding and offboarding and support during peak times.
 * Proactive identification of process automation opportunities, draft and design processes to enhance the efficiency of the unit and lower the administrative overhead and human errors in the execution of the repetitive tasks.
Requirements
 * Minimum of five years’ experience in a role with direct customer contact, preferably in an international environment.
 * Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience (IT support/service desk etc).
 * Experienced with Windows 11, Office Desktop applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to conduct troubleshooting and support.
 * Experience with Office 365 Online services (Planner, Sharepoint) to conduct troubleshooting, support, and creation of collaboration spaces.
 * Experience with the Azure ecosystem from a support perspective.
