Key Facts: Project management, SAP S/4HANA transformation, Accounts Payable & Invoice-to-Pay, SAP Finance & MM integration, in Baden/home office.
Main tasks:
Lead the global Accounts Payable / Invoice-to-Pay transformation from initial design to full stabilization in close collaboration with Finance.
Drive the implementation of a modern AP solution across the Service Network, with a focus on automation, compliance, and global process harmonization, including e-invoicing.
Serve as the process authority for AP within the end-to-end P2P framework, ensuring alignment with Procurement, Finance, and IT.
Translate business requirements into scalable AP processes and system solutions that support international growth and long-term scalability.
Prepare and execute the transition of AP processes into SAP S/4HANA, including data migration, testing, cutover, and user enablement.
Maintain consistent process documentation, training materials, and support global process adoption.
Manage scope, dependencies, milestones, and communication with senior stakeholders across all levels.
After successful AP stabilization, assume responsibility for additional SAP S/4HANA projects, with a focus on SAP MM / Finance integration.
Your qualifications:
University degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT.
Several years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) / Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) process ownership or transformation, ideally within SAP landscapes.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP AP / FI and SAP MM integration (GR/IR, account determination, tolerances, vendor master data).
Solid experience with e-invoicing, automation tools, and ERP-integrated AP solutions.
Proven track record in project management, ideally within transformation or ERP implementation environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across departments and countries.
Analytical, structured, and implementation-focused mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
