What you will do
* Provide first-line IT support to our Corporate Centre employees, aiming for high first-call resolution.
* Handle routine IT issues and service requests based on your foundational knowledge of our technology and support policies.
* Support basic video equipment in meeting rooms, maintain technology readiness, and resolve technical issues.
* Assist in incident management by efficiently handling service requests to meet or exceed SLAs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
* Maintain the basic IT needs of our organization, supporting high-quality IT service delivery.
* Adopt a "Customer First" approach, demonstrating a welcoming and service-oriented attitude.
* Work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
* Handle VIP incidents and requests with professionalism and composure.
* Proficiency in English and German is required.
What you bring
* Basic understanding of Application and Network Support, Incident Management, and IT Asset Management.
* Eagerness to learn Windows, Mac, and Mobile Operating Systems, as well as Microsoft Teams, Identity Management, and meeting solutions.
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for satisfaction and delivering value.
* Commitment to continuous improvement in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally in the IT field.
* Ability to collaborate and share knowledge within the team.
* An understanding that service is critical, and openness to innovation and broader IT support tasks.
