.NET Software Engineer – Bern (Pharmaceutical Technology)
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical technology company based in Bern, is pioneering the development of a non-invasive diagnostics platform used to support clinical decision-making in real time. As they scale internationally, they are looking for a talented and motivated .NET Software Engineer to help build robust software solutions that meet the strict demands of regulated healthcare environments.
About the Role
As a .NET Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and testing core components of a next-generation diagnostics system. Working across .NET MAUI/WPF and C++, you’ll help ensure seamless system integration, performance, and compliance. You’ll work alongside AI, data science, and hardware teams, contributing to both product evolution and innovation.
Requirements
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
3+ years of professional experience as a .NET Software Engineer
Solid proficiency in C#, .NET (WPF and/or MAUI is beneficial).
Strong understanding of cross-platform development and system-level integration
Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or medical technology
Nice to Have
Experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices
Scripting in Python or other tooling languages
Passion for applying technology to solve healthcare and pharmaceutical challenges
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
