What’s waiting for you
IT Operations: You are the first point of contact for all IT issues raised by our employees and provide support directly at our Wallisellen site. Together with our IT outsourcing provider, you ensure the smooth operation of the entire IT landscape.
Provision & procurement: You will be responsible for the provision of new work equipment (laptops, peripherals, etc.), including procurement, installation, and inventory management.
Independent project management: You will independently plan, manage, and implement internal IT projects in the areas of digitalization, ISMS, and the modernization of existing applications.
Interface with providers: You are the central contact person for our IT outsourcing provider and other service providers for IT solutions in use.
Documentation & process optimization: You create and maintain documentation and actively help shape our future IT processes.
Job requirements
* Experience in the support and operation of IT infrastructures (Windows/Mac, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networks, hardware; experience with Azure/AWS is an advantage)
* Experience in the independent management and implementation of IT projects
* Experience with ISMS, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402/SOC, and audit and certification processes
* Independent, careful, and structured way of working
* Assertiveness and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
* High service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
