About the Role:
Freelance Data Analyst (Remote) - 1-2 months mission
As a freelance Data Analyst, you will dive deep into our platform data to unlock insights that help us boost engagement, registrations, and monetization. You’ll analyze user behavior, job interactions, traffic sources, and partner job performance — then translate this into clear recommendations that impact our growth.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze user activity across the platform: clicks, impressions, registration patterns, and engagement trends.
Identify high-performing and underperforming job listings based on job type, location, source, etc.
Assess partner job lifecycle metrics to optimize job listings and partner engagement.
Investigate funnel drop-offs (e.g. click-to-register, browse-to-click) and provide strategies to increase conversion rates.
Segment talents based on location, job preferences, and activity for targeted offers.
Understand traffic sources to inform acquisition and retention strategies.
Deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards to guide decision-making.
Suggest key metrics to monitor post-project for long-term optimization.
Design and implement dashboards for internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Ops) to track key KPIs.
Your Profile: (Apply only if you tick all the must-haves!)
Strong experience in data analysis (min 5 years of work experience).
Excellent English level (C1+)
Proven experience in using using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Strong skills in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Have experience working with job platforms** marketplaces, e-commerce or SaaS tools
Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
