Your main missions will be as follows:- Global responsibility for turnover, sales volumes, and profitability in the Swiss market- Management and development of approximately 70 retailers and key accounts- Acquisition of new commercial partners and development of the existing distribution network- Guarantee of optimal stock levels and quality merchandising at points of sale- Training and coaching for sales staff- Development and implementation of marketing and commercial plans for the market and deployment of new product launch actions- Management and monitoring of the annual budget- Management of a teamProfile- Persuasive and endowed with excellent negotiation skills- Autonomy and ability to clearly define priorities- Strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills- Rigorous and excellent analytical skills (understanding of figures, KPIs, forecasts)- Ability to develop long-term relationships- Willingness to travel approximately 80% in Switzerland and 20% presence at the headquarters in Le LocleProfessional requirements- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the fashion, luxury, accessories, cosmetics, or watchmaking sectors, with solid experience in management- University degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a related fieldLanguages- French or German language, with excellent knowledge of the other language (oral and written)- Good knowledge of EnglishCompany addressChemin des Tourelles 17 - Le Locle jid1d77bd7aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
