Our client are a semicon manufacturer specialising in the design of ICs for a huge number of markets with customers across the world.br/ br/ They are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales BD Manager to join them on a full time basis, working in Germany and covering clients across the DACH region.br/ br/ Main requirements:br/ br/ • Field sales and marketing activities for products and customers in the DACH Regionbr/ • KPIs: sales revenue and design winsbr/ • Develop sales strategies for the territory in alignment with company objectives to achieve growth revenue targetsbr/ • Identify and develop new customers, market segments and opportunitiesbr/ • Identify, qualify and manage sales channels, reps and distributorsbr/ • Engage with eco-system partners to bring to the market complete solutions focusing on our client's chipsbr/ • Analyze and understand the competitive landscape and work together with the BUs to adjust the positioning, strategy, as well as future product developmentbr/ • Provide support to customers from design phase through mass productionbr/ • Establish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Managementbr/ • Drive C-level interaction between customers / eco-system partnersbr/ • Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (RD, legal, quality and logistics)br/ • Travel as needed for customer engagement and business developmentbr/ br/ Desired Experience:br/ • Experience selling connectivity and RFID solutions – BLE, Wireless, RFID, NFC, IoT and Sensor applicationsbr/ • Business development – green field opportunity identification, qualification and design inbr/ • Good network within the territory, with particular focus on Germanybr/ • Understanding of RFID industry eco-system and ability to engage with its main stakeholders for driving businessbr/ • Account penetration at all levels, including engineering, business management, and purchasingbr/ • Identification of key stakeholders and relationship buildingbr/ • Strong communication skills, ability to articulate our client’s value proposition in a crisp and concise manner, adapted to the target audiencebr/ • Excellent listener, good understanding of customer organizational dynamics, navigating through the customer platforms systems to maximize sales product fitbr/ • Technical sales of proprietary complex solutions at the architecture concept stagesbr/ • Comfortable with C-level and Engineering level interactionsbr/ • Understanding of eco-system sales and engagement with relevant partnersbr/ • Autonomy and initiative, ability to operate remotely and interact effectively across the entire organizationbr/ • Minimum 10 years of experience in selling technology in the electronics/semiconductor spacebr/ • Background with ASICs, mixed signal IC’s, BLE, Sensors, NFC, RFID, and wireless is a mustbr/ • Education: Minimum BSEE or equivalentbr/ • Language skills: German and English are mandatory, French is a plusbr/ • Ability to prioritize, multi task, and to work with minimal guidance and supervisionbr/ • Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, professional attitude work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and detail-orientedbr/ • Strong communication and networking skillsbr/ br/ If you are interested in applying for this position or would like more information please get in
