For our client, an international boutique trust company in Switzerland, Zug, we are looking for a German-speaking Accountant.
Tasks
Independent management of client accounting
Preparation of interim, monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR
Management of financial accounting incl. liquidity planning
Management of payroll accounting
Connection of social insurances incl. annual declarations
Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/apprentices.lso international)
Contract management
Assistance in the compliance process
Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
Control of tax assessments and tax invoices
Support and advice on international and national client mandates
Making client payments
Preparing, maintaining and updating client dossiers
Digital and paper filing
Preparation of minutes and powers of attorney
Assistance in setting up / establishing a company
Participation in internal meetings
Leading professional presentations for internal training
Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/apprentice.
Requirements
Commercial training
Completed further training as a trustee FA/accountant FA
At least 5 years' experience in trusteeship, advantageously in an international environment
PC skills (Windows / Office / Sage / Abacus)
Skill in dealing with clients
Friendly appearance (also in difficult situations)
Quality awareness (annual accounts, documents)
