For our client, an international boutique trust company in Switzerland, Zug, we are looking for a German-speaking Accountant.
Tasks
* Independent management of client accounting
* Preparation of interim, monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR
* Management of financial accounting incl. liquidity planning
* Management of payroll accounting
* Connection of social insurances incl. annual declarations
* Technical management of international)
* Contract management
* Assistance in the compliance process
* Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
* Control of tax assessments and tax invoices
* Support and advice on international and national client mandates
* Making client payments
* Preparing, maintaining and updating client dossiers
* Digital and paper filing
* Preparation of minutes and powers of attorney
* Assistance in setting up / establishing a company
* Participation in internal meetings
* Leading professional presentations for internal training
* Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/apprentice.
Requirements
* Commercial training
* Completed further training as a trustee FA/accountant FA
* At least 5 years' experience in trusteeship, advantageously in an international environment
* PC skills (Windows / Office / Sage / Abacus)
* Skill in dealing with clients
* Friendly appearance (also in difficult situations)
* Quality awareness (annual accounts, documents)
* Flexible and able to work under pressure
