At Iron Mountain, we are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net‑new revenue growth by identifying and closing high‑value opportunities within the Swiss Digital and Records Management market. You will act as a key growth driver, transforming complex customer requirements into scalable solutions that expand our footprint across the region.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and qualify opportunities to acquire net‑new accounts and upsell/cross‑sell within the existing client base, expanding Iron Mountain’s Digital and Records Management market share in Switzerland.
Collaborate for Strategic Success: Work closely with pre‑sales, operations, and customer care teams to develop winning go‑to‑market plans and deliver seamless solution implementation for clients.
Ensure Commercial Excellence: Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including C‑level relationship management and price negotiations, while ensuring all activities align with organizational standards and Swiss regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of proven business development experience, specifically in winning new accounts and selling complex solutions.
Strong knowledge of the Swiss business environment and the Digital/Records Management industry.
Proven ability in C‑level relationship management and the capacity to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in French is highly advantageous for this region.
