You will be directly in charge of taking design and implementation choices that fundamentally impact the technology roadmap of our Products. In this context, you will interact with all Products operating on the Client Platforms (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) but also with the extended technical landscape of the group (Mulesoft, Informatica, SAP ERP/CRM, Google Cloud Platform, Kong, Solace,…).
With your vision and advises, you will help integrating the broader transformation of our enterprise architecture within our Client Platforms. You will have the ability to monitor, discover and experiment new solutions and technology to solve business and technical needs.
Your main accountabilities & deliverables:
1. Recommend and provide target architecture, architectural strategy as well as vision and processes, within the guidelines specified by the Enterprise Architect
2. Interact with Products, Integration Platform and Enterprise Architects to ensure architectural consistency across Client Platforms
3. Facilitate architecture, integration, and security roundtables in collaboration with other Architects
4. Ensure the Salesforce orgs are scalable, secure, and aligned with future business and technical needs
5. Maintain repositories of best practices, technical guidelines and integration strategies
6. Ensure Product Teams follows and adhere to Client Platform architecture principles by scheduling/participating to centralized sessions where Product Teams present their designs, updates, and requests for technical review – this to validate user stories, change requests, and architectural proposals
7. Govern testing and notifications of upcoming Salesforce releases
8. Evaluate impacts of Salesforce releases and other major Platform changes
9. Participate to the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitations
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
10. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
11. 8-10+ years’ experience in technology delivery
12. Proven experience in design and implementation of Salesforce programs
13. Salesforce certification(s) are mandatory for this position
14. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies
15. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
16. Strong customer service focus
17. Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels)
18. Management of stakeholders in a project or matrix organisation
19. Fluent English required
20. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations
21. Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable.
