Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and resolve customer inquiries at 1st and 2nd levels, or coordinate resolution at 2nd and 3rd levels.
* Administer existing customer inquiries and conduct proactive follow-ups.
* Continuously improve systems by implementing change requests and leveraging insights from support activities.
* Custimize the system landscape routinely, focusing on SAP ERP (all modules) and Pro.File PDM, as well as various peripheral systems.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of the organization and industry to provide expert advice on process and system issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in at least two SAP modules.
* Familiarity with ITIL, agile methodology, and collaboration with external consultants.
* Skills in debugging, short dump, and log analysis are advantageous.
* Initial experience with integration technologies such as IFlows, web services, IDoc, or RFC.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
