Your Tasks
* Validating and reporting on laboratory medical analyses in the field of hematology
* Explaining result and Providing laboratory medical counseling for customers (hospitals, clinics, general practioners, etc.)
* Co-managing a broad spectrum of hematology analyses with the opportunity to specialize further in one or more areas : routine analytics, flow cytometry, special coagulation, immunohematology, emergency analytics/blood bank in our hospital laboratories
* Evaluating, introducing, monitoring, and validating new laboratory testing procedures
* Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective services
* Maintaining and developing scientifically-based analytics in an accredited laboratory
* Collaborating with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management
* Actively participating in training and continuing education
Your Profile
* Completed FAMH training as a specialist in laboratory medicine with a focus on hematology
* Additional FAMH and/or FMH training is an advantage
* Communicative personality with strong social skills
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate constructively
* Dynamic personality with a scientific interest
* Excellent German or French skills, good knowledge of English
