Your Profile:
A university degree in communication, business management, change management or a similar degree
Min. 10 years of experience
Strong facilitation and preparation skills
Extensive knowledge of operating model design and implementation
Governance for global processes and systems
Extensive knowledge of Support models for business application support
Strategic thinking and influence
Effective communication skills
Confidence navigating complex or politically sensitive environments
Ability to simplify and communicate clearly across levels
Application lifecycle management processes
SAFe framework (extensive, practical knowledge)
