To support our current and future products, we are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art mobile applications that delight our customers. In our international team we develop e-solutions for the next generation of hearing aids.
Your tasks
1. Together with your team, develop modern mobile applications in a medical context
2. Serve as a role model and drive high quality development through best practices including modern architectural patterns, coding standards, automated testing with continuous integration, and peer code review
3. Create and maintain reusable software components across multiple applications
4. Drive refactoring to improve architectural design
5. Support and collaborate with other mobile development teams which contribute to a common codebase
6. Daily work in an interdisciplinary Scrum team, and supporting the Product Owner in technical discussions
Your profile
7. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
8. 5+ years of professional working experience in iOS mobile development, strong working expertise in Swift and solid skills in Objective-C, particularly in the business logic of core components
9. Strong knowledge of Git-based version control and distributed development workflows
10. Excellent knowledge of architecture components, clean Architecture, OOP and with experience in BLE; experienced in Android is a plus
11. Experience and enthusiasms for agile development practices
12. Experienced in supporting non-technical Product Owners and other business stakeholders in refining user stories and product requirements
13. Solution orientated positive thinker, team player with a communicative and open-minded personality
14. Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
