Senior Project Management Officer
* Coordinate and oversee multi-project management in Innovation Hubs, ensuring optimal resource use and on-time, on-budget delivery
* Drive effective communication and collaboration within project teams and across departments
* Train and support project staff in enterprise project management standards and tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI, SAP, CRM)
* Foster a culture of change, continuous improvement, and agile working methods
* Conduct project reviews, reporting, and escalation management
* Harmonize project management standards and processes across Innovation Hubs and R&D
* Lead and optimize PMO activities and project management systems at the enterprise level
* Willingness to travel internationally
Your profile:
* Completed degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma) in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, design engineering, product development, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management in a leadership role (e.g., programme management)
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong process management skills for supporting and developing processes within Innovation Hubs
* Proficient in English and German
* Confident user of MS Office, MS Project, PowerBI, and SAP; experience with CRM, SAC, and cplace is a plus
* Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
Additional Advantages:
* PMP project management certification or equivalent
* Experience in research and development (especially managing research projects)
* Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) activities
