LFA Coordination Officer (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Geneva Start date: asap Reference number: 852676/1 Responsibilities * Serve as a focal point and collaborate with Country Teams, Secretariat colleagues, LFAs, and external partners * Troubleshoot user issues on the LFA Services Portal, coordinate with IT, perform testing, and manage change processes * Monitor and maintain the LFA Portal daily, including data quality, user adherence, access issues, and recurring tasks * Oversee LFA cost management: track costs, prepare reports, support reallocations, and participate in annual budgeting * Manage LFA service changes, approvals, invoice processing, follow-ups with Country Teams, and reconciliation with Finance * Handle LFA purchase orders, including issuance, monitoring, revision, and closure * Lead end-to-end LFA expert approval processes and conflict-of-interest assessments; ensure proper documentation in the Portal * Organize training events and meetings (200 participants), including logistics and stakeholder coordination * Produce analyses (COVID-19 or other), create surveys, compile data from multiple sources, and develop visualizations * Support procurement activities, budgeting cycles, and non-recurring projects; assist team members with troubleshooting and data analysis. Profile * University degree in international development, business, public administration, finance, or related field * Experience in planning, project management, evaluation, administration, or service delivery * Strong data processing and analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools) * Excellent analytical report writing abilities * Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset * Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines * Proven information management skills: ability to analyze qualitative/quantitative data and produce concise reports * Solid IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SurveyMonkey/MS Forms; ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., Salesforce-based portal) * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset: identifying root causes and proposing actionable solutions * Ability to acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of LFA policies and procedures (on-the-job learning) Benefits * You will integrate a very renowned company * You will have the chance to work in an international environment * Continuous support during the assignment * A highly motivated team and an open way of communication
