Structural project manager

As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Structural Project Manager for a masonry company, to manage a team of site managers and oversee construction projects involving renovation, transformation, and new builds in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.

• Civil engineering degree EPF, HES, equivalent or ES Technician or equivalent.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in structural project management in Switzerland in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of SIA standards and common software.
• You are an inspiring leader who knows how to communicate and listen to your teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator.
• Rigour, analytical mindset and solution-oriented.

• Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public or industrial buildings).
• Coordinate studies through contractors and internal services.
• Supervise technical monitoring, scheduling and financial control of projects.
• Lead a team of structural site managers (technical support, project overview, ensuring the development of the teams' technical skills).
• Coordinate external partners and liaise with clients.
• Provide solutions and improvement avenues for your department (technological, legal, standards monitoring).
