Job Description:
* Oversee the activities of the racing commission, ensuring they operate effectively according to their mandate and achieve success in various championships.
* Coordinate with stakeholders in the disciplines, including organizers, teams/manufacturers associations, and regulatory bodies.
* Create, improve, and update regulations for the racing disciplines.
* Plan and organize meetings, draft minutes, and implement decisions made by the commission.
* Prepare documents and procedures used by inspectors.
* Prepare material for seminars, webinars, and Superlicence seminars.
* Draft and update regulations, agendas, minutes, information letters, and other documents.
* Assist the communication department with writing and proofreading press releases.
* Collaborate in preparing the commission's budget and control expenditures.
* Coordinate circuit safety for the racing circuit and safety committee.
* Manage and implement various projects, including new classes and disciplines.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Fluency in English and French; writing fluency required in both languages.
* Oral and/or written knowledge of other languages an asset.
* Professional experience in an international sports environment.
* Ability to work autonomously, comply with deadlines and priorities, sense of initiative, resistance to stress, flexibility required.
* Interest in sports and motorsports.
* Technical knowledge an asset.
* Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Willingness to travel (20-25 days per year).
