Consultant Real Estate (100%)
We are looking for a professional with a strong academic background in Real Estate or a related field, combined with solid experience in the Swiss real estate market, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland. You bring a strong network, a structured and professional approach, and the ability to navigate complex environments with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the identification and evaluation of strategic locations and growth opportunities
* Contributing to market analyses and preparing decision-making materials
* Assisting in the development and follow-up of real estate projects
* Collaborating closely with Asset Management to optimize the existing portfolio
* Preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting lease negotiations and contractual documentation
* Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
What You Need to Be Successful
* Has a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
* Brings solid experience in real estate
* Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills
* Builds on solid experience in negotiating, drafting, and finalizing contracts and documents with our partners
* Is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
* Has a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
* Is fluent in German, with excellent skills. French is an asset
* Is flexible and open to occasional travel within Switzerland
