Key Responsibilities
Manage the full administration of employee lifecycle in Switzerland and offices abroad, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes
Manage employee lifecycle process via Oracle
To develop and execute strategies to streamline HR Administrative processes by leveraging Oracle HR functionalities to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual intervention
Ability to analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement
Extensive knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in HR Operations
Develop and maintain HR Policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards
Support annual or punctual audits and reviews to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Provide support for internal and international mobility processes
Maintain Vacation system via Oracle
Assist the Operations Manager, C&B and Payroll for monthly reporting and consolidating monthly variables for payroll execution
