Production Engineer Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing process consistently produces compliant products in a robust, efficient and safe manner.
* Support the production manager in daily activities, including business continuity and GMP compliance of production processes;
* Develop and implement training plans for production crew to ensure required polyvalence levels;
This role requires collaboration with other industrial departments to mitigate unplanned events and develop remediation plans. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, analytical approach, structured work habits.
