Your Profile
* You are passionate about combustion engines and motivated to shape the performance and durability of our next‑generation diesel engines
* You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* You have advanced knowledge in the field of combustion engines, DVP&Nr methodology, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving
* You have extensive experience with cast iron parts, including manufacturing processes, design-for-casting and failure analysis
* You have a proven background in cylinder head and valve train systems, including component design, tribology, materials, and a solid understanding of thermo‑mechanical behavior of cylinder heads, including heat transfer
* You have an excellent command of English and good knowledge of French or German
* You have an excellent command of MS Office
* You define yourself as an analytical thinker with strong leadership skills. You approach your work with flexibility and resilience, while remaining mindful of cost and resources
