Don t be shy, apply!Institutional Services Officer (tempo - 9 months)In our Middle Office department, you will be working within the Institutional Services and/or requests/issues in the areas of payments, settlement, actions and taxes, for mainly institutional or AM X from X Institutional Sales desks.
Support Back Office teams X requests to external transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with Securities Specialist, Settlement team X Trading.
Support the Payment team X by leading and following up on experience in a Back Office Services or Sales Support.
Reliable, with strong learning capabilities and the ability to adapt well in a continuously changing environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize oriented, with excellent analytical skills with a high level of to in French and very good command of English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Knowledge of Payments, Actions, Taxes, and Settlement would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
