What You'll Be Doing

Make an Impact

You'll assist in the day-to-day maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure, getting hands-on experience with networks, servers, and security systems to help us deliver unique, quality and reliable solutions.
Build Good Habits

You'll learn to document IT assets and support activities, building a habit of precision and organization from day one, all within our new security-focused framework
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and empathetic team player with a positive attitude. You don't need to be an expert—we'll help you get there. What's most important is a passion for technology and a dedication to delivering a great user experience. Foundational Skills:
* A foundational understanding of IT concepts and desire to learn more.
* Familiarity with Windows, MS365 and MacOS environment
* A basic grasp of networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
* Proficiency in English
