Join our team as a Sales Effectiveness Intern and be part of an exciting transformation journey. In this role, you will support the rollout of CRM solutions, contribute to sales process optimization, and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organization.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will take an active role in driving Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives, directly contributing to the success of our CRM transformation programs.
Internship Sales Effectiveness (m/f/d) / 6 – 12 months
Your Tasks
* Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales
* Assist in documenting Lead‑to‑Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing)
* Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation
* Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback
* Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis
* Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality
Your Profile
* Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
* Structured and detail‑oriented thinking
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data
* Hands‑on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
