About the Role:
The Finance Specialist plays a key role in managing the team’s core financial operations, with primary responsibility for the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including customer account reconciliation, cash collection, and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Credit Management
Manage and reconcile customer accounts
Post and reconcile incoming payments
Prepare and manage payment reminders and dunning processes (email and phone)
Liaise closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve outstanding balances and disputes
Manage credit insurance activities, including credit limits monitoring, notifications, and claims
Reporting & Cash Flow
Prepare management reporting related to AR, customer aging, and collection status
Develop short- and mid-term cash collection forecasts
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual cash flow
Support to Finance Processes
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Contribute to margin analysis by customer, channel, or product
Collaborate with the finance team on broader financial and closing-related activities
Requirements:
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
Strong knowledge of financial procedures and key financial concepts.
Experience with account reconciliations and customer aging analysis
Ability to interact effectively with non-finance departments (Sales, Customer Service)
Strong analytical and control-oriented mindset
High level of accuracy and reliability
Good communication skills, including in collection-related discussions
Ability to understand business dynamics and their financial impact
Interest in expanding responsibilities toward broader finance and controlling topics
