Tasks
* Maintain and manage the Oberwangen school facility and outdoor areas.
* Act as deputy head at Niederwangen Juch school facility.
* Lead a small team of cleaning professionals and assist at events.
* Maintenance and upkeep of the Oberwangen school facility including multipurpose facility and outdoor area
* Deputy to the facility manager at the Niederwangen Juch school facility
* Contact point for various users of the facilities from schools and clubs
* Leading a small team of cleaning specialists
* Performing tasks also at irregular times and weekend shifts
* Assisting with school events (e.g., school festival) or other events at the facility
Skills and Qualifications
* Completed vocational training and Hauswart certification required.
* Completed basic vocational training as a craftsman and training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
* Strong teamwork, communication, and service orientation skills.
* Responsible, independent, and detail‑oriented work ethic.
* Professional and leadership experience
* Responsible, independent and careful work with quick comprehension
* Strong constitution and motivated to work outdoors
* Team player, communicative and service‑oriented
* Enjoy working with various stakeholders as well as dealing with students, school management, clubs, and municipal employees
* Motivated to complete specific further training in facility management and to apply the knowledge profitably
* Resident in the municipality of Köniz or nearby surroundings.
