Responsibilities
Ensuring efficient and legally compliant HR administration from A to Z
Responsibility for correct and timely payroll processing, including social security and withholding tax
Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
Recruitment of new employees in collaboration with specialist departments
Preparation of employment contracts, references and other personnel-related documents
Maintenance and management of personnel master data as well as time recording
Taking on further tasks according to instructions from management
Requirements
Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
Sound expertise in operational HR processes
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an SME
High commitment, teamwork skills and flexibility
Native German speaker
Very independent, structured and reliable working style
Discretion, sense of responsibility and high social competence
Several years of experience in payroll and good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
Affinity for numbers
