Job Description:
SR. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (all genders)
full-time, unlimited contract, location Baar
As Sr. Key Account Manager (all genders) you are responsible for achieving profitable sales growth at customers for the Mars business in Switzerland.
You will maintain strong relationships and best execute customer plans that deliver objectives of revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.
What are we looking for?
1. University / higher education degree in economics, sales, marketing or similar.
2. 3-5 years of practical experience in retail sales, ideally some of it in key account or customer management managing OOH (out of home) customers.
3. Swiss market knowledge preferred.
4. Fluent in German (written and spoken) obligatory, strong English skills required, French an advantage.
5. Track record in building quality relationships inside and outside an organization (stakeholder management), with strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
6. Very good analytical skills and solid business understanding.
What will be your key responsibilities?
7. Deliver Net Sales Value / Earnings growth vs target through maximizing all available levers and resources.
8. Negotiate Annual Agreements and deliver Net Pricing mandate through negotiations with customers.
9. Deliver NSV/t target and achieve Perfect Store targets with specific focus on Weighted Distribution (WD).
10. Resource Management (budget, Trade Expenditures).
11. Forecasting and Planning (annual growth plan, periodical customer NSV).
12. Business review (periodical review of customer performance).
13. Provide your customers with category information and make recommendations for Category growth.
