Hard requirements
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU / Swiss nationality or valid C work permit required)
* Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing & Communication roles, preferably in tech-driven, innovative or high-value service environments.
* In-depth knowledge of the Ticino context and the Swiss market.
* Strong local presence, with an established professional network and active relationships within Switzerland, ideally including Swiss-German regions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and German.

As Head of Marketing & Communication, you are the strategic reference point for all marketing, communication, and event-related activities of Artificialy SA. You work closely with a team of highly qualified young talents and experienced professionals, translating cutting-edge AI solutions into clear messaging, impactful campaigns, and engaging content. The role carries a strong responsibility for brand positioning and visibility, both at local (Ticino) and national (Swiss) level, within a highly innovative and rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and lead the overall marketing, communication, and event strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives.
* Develop and manage multichannel campaigns (online and offline) to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
* Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, newsletters, publications, and content marketing activities.
* Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to translate our technology, projects and products into clear market-oriented communication.
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, optimizing activities to maximize ROI, market impact and reputation.
* Coordinate and manage relationships with external agencies, partners, media, and institutional stakeholders.
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Postgraduate education, executive programs, or certifications in Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Branding, or Communication are considered a strong plus.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strategic mindset with a strong results-oriented and hands-on approach.
* Solid experience in developing and managing multichannel marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, PR, publications, and video content.
* Solid experience in planning and managing events.
* Familiarity with AI tools and a strong affinity with emerging technologies.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
