Description
We are looking for a Data Migration Intern with a strong DBA orientation to strengthen our team and support technical activities.
* Analyze source and target data (models, business rules).
* Develop SQL scripts for ETL (extraction, transformation, loading).
* Configure and monitor SSIS processes (SQL Server / Visual Studio).
* Contribute to SQL administration and performance (query tuning, indexing, monitoring).
* Participate in dry runs, quality checks, and functional validation.
* Investigate and resolve migration issues.
* Document technical and migration procedures.
Collaborate with BAs, developers, and the DBA.
Training & Mentorship
Direct supervision by our Expert DBA: learning best DBA practices, overseeing SQL tasks, SQL/SSIS code reviews, and progressing towards a Junior DBA role.-

Skills required
* Student in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering.
* Solid foundations in SQL and relational databases.
* Strong interest in database administration and data quality.
* Rigorous, analytical mindset, curious, and a team player.
* MS SQL Server, SSIS, Visual Studio.
* Python (automation, control/loading scripts).
Basic knowledge of SQL performance optimization.
* This internship starts in February 2026 .
