The Role
* Develop and maintain DR strategies and documentation
* Lead DR tests, recovery exercises, and incident execution
* Conduct BIA, define and validate RTO/RPO
* Report on readiness, compliance, and test outcomes
* Train and guide technical teams on DR processes
Requirements
* Proven track record in Disaster Recovery / IT Continuity
* Strong experience with BIA, RTO/RPO, recovery planning
* Hands-on leadership of technical recovery exercises
* Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
