Job description In your new job you will: Develop and manage the business strategy for the product portfolio to ensure the right positioning in the market. Drive revenue growth and increase profitability. Oversees the product lines throughout their life cycle, focusing on 1Y/2Y billings forecast consolidation and 5Y biz plan, contracts and RFQ management, Annual Price Negotiations (APN), DCPL and Prisma quotes management. Build strategic relationships with key and channel customers. Analyze market and competitors to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the business environment. Connect with worldwide sales, marketing and distribution colleagues in order to improve our market visibility and position. Openly cooperate with divisional Technical Marketing, Prod Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and demand planning teams. Profile You’ll be the best fitting if you have: A University Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a strong understanding of power semiconductor market. More than 5 years experience in product marketing or business development tasks with a record of successful stories. A good understanding of the products and targeted markets such as Automotive and Industrial for PowerGaN, Telecom and ISM for RF Transistors. A strong team-work and leadership attitude. Fluent English skills.
