Requirements:
* 3+ years as a mid / senior-level full stack engineer
* Strong knowledge of React, Typescript, and PostgreSQL
* Experience with serverless functions (e.g. Lambda, Workers)
* Proven experience in startups or similar fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
* Functional programming experience is a plus
* Knowledge and experience with Talent Management processes is highly advantageous
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and shaping the technical foundation of our platform. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working independently to deliver high-quality code.
* You’ll report to and work closely with our CTO, contributing directly to our product roadmap and helping to bring innovative solutions to the Talent Management space.
* This is a remote role within EU time zones, with opportunities for in-person team gatherings.
* Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code to support platform features and user experiences.
* Collaborate with the CTO on architecture decisions, product planning, and technical strategy.
* Develop new, cloud-based systems to innovate and make a significant impact in the Talent Management space.
