HR Learning Coordinator Intern/temporary 80-100%
Your Responsibilities
* Execute tasks for new learning structures, training programs, and system updates
* Prepare, upload, and validate training data in the LMS
* Maintain training records and documentation in alignment with compliance and audit requirements
* Collaborate with Learning Managers to meet project timelines
* Set up and maintain Learning Items, Curricula, Assignments, Content Objects and training activities
* Manage user Learning Plans
* Conduct data quality checks to ensure audit-readiness for inspections (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR audits)
* Prepare training reports and data summaries for project leads and stakeholders
* Support internal customers by responding to LMS and training‑related requests
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and data quality
Your Qualifications
* Strong IT and data administration skills, especially in MS Office (Excel)
* Experience with Learning Management Systems; SuccessFactors (SFLMS) is a plus but not required
* High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
* Comfortable working with structured workflows and administrative processes
* Interest in working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, biotech, etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* Supportive and costumer centric mindset
* Reliable, proactive, and enjoys working independently while being a positive, supportive team player
