As a Product Marketing Manager at Procivis AG, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital iden-tity. In this position, you lead product marketing, focusing on digital identity technology and the evolving regu-latory environment (eIDAS 2.0). We are seeking a hands-on, experienced & technically versatile professional who thrives marketing activities in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns : Develop and execute integrated B2B/B2G marketing campaigns across multi-ple channels (including digital, content, and events) to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Content Creation : Create technically accurate marketing content —presentations, blog posts, press releases, case studies, webinars and whitepapers — that clearly articulates the value of Procivis One to audiences (Governments/Enterprises and technical).
Performance Analytics : Define, monitor, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), using data to measure campaign effectiveness, demonstrate ROI
Market Intelligence : Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and critical regulatory develop-ments, such as eIDAS 2.0, to identify market opportunities and ensure our product is positioned as a leading solution.
Strategic Events : Plan & execute event activities that strengthen our market presence.
Establish Thought Leadership : Build networks and channels to position Procivis as a recognized player in digital identity across key sectors.

Product Marketing Experience : 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing, specifically within the enterprise software or IT sector. This is a mandatory requirement.
Technical & Regulatory Expertise : Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical and regu-latory topics, such as digital identity, Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), Verifiable Credentials, and the eIDAS 2.0 framework. This is a mandatory requirement
Marketing Execution : Proven track record of generated measurable results in terms of lead genera-tion and sales pipeline growth.
Data-Driven Marketing : Proven experience in data-driven marketing, with a strong command of mar-keting analytics to demonstrate marketing's contribution to business goals.
Ownership & Initiative : A proactive, creative and hands-on mentality with a strong sense of owner-ship, capable of driving activities end to end (from planning to execution).
Academic Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Communication Skills : Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communica-tion skills.
