Human Resources Manager 100%
Your mission:
The Human Resources Manager leads the municipality's HR strategy and supports organisational transformations in a constantly evolving environment. A true partner to the Heads of Departments, he/she actively contributes to collective performance, employee development, and the quality of the working climate.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the municipality's objectives and the directions of the municipal executive.
- Support Heads of Departments and sectors in team management, skills development, and change management.
- Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, talent management,
performance evaluation, and working conditions.
- Ensure HR practices comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of the public sector,
while anticipating social and organisational risks.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive organisational culture focused on staff engagement,
innovation, and quality of working life.
Desired profile:
- Federal diploma in Human Resources or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience managing an HR department
