What would your role be?
As part of our General Counsel Office & Transformation team, you will:
* Develop & Execute AI Strategies – Help shape Vontobel's AI roadmap for Legal & Compliance and bring it to life.
* Bridge Business & Technology – Support our Legal & Compliance experts in turning business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
* Collaborate with IT Specialists – Define requirements, implement, and test AI solutions in partnership with our technology teams.
* Stay Ahead of AI Trends – Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI for Legal & Compliance and help integrate them into our operations.
* Empower & Upskill Teams – Provide AI training and support knowledge-sharing across Legal & Compliance.
What are we looking for?
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related field, with a solid understanding of AI.
* Proven experience in implementing AI solutions, with strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant tools.
* Banking experience and an understanding of Legal & Compliance topics — but, more importantly, a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area.
* An entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to tackle challenges and shape this new role.
* The ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative environment.
