Your Profile
* Several years of professional experience in bid or project management, ideally in the defense, security, or technical services sector, including handling international tenders and complex opportunities
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and costing tools
* Structured, results-driven, and proactive work approach
* Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are an advantage
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Your Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and prepare bids for national and international tenders
* Analyze proposal requirements and assess feasibility together with all stakeholders
* Develop and execute bid strategies in close collaboration with the Opportunity Manager
* Coordinate the full bid process from initial client request to final submission, ensuring deadlines
and quality standards are met
* Prepare bid documents, cost calculations, and presentation materials
* Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
