Administrative Support Specialist
* We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our Sales team.
Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track progress for the Sales Director and Account Owners.
2. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and tender responses.
3. Manage SFDC data, including uploading pre/post-sales information and supporting CRM compliance.
4. Proactively engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
