Onboarding Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Duration: 7 months (80% - 100%)

How will you make an impact?
You will collaborate with Maisons, Group Functions, and Regions to develop and implement engaging onboarding workflows, ensuring every new employee feels welcomed and valued from day one. You will oversee the rollout of the current group platform supporting onboarding, acting as a key contact between various stakeholders to tailor onboarding experiences that reflect each entity's unique identity.
In a continuous improvement approach, you will support review and enhancement of workflows, focusing on technical improvements, efficiency, and updating assets. You will also animate the onboarding community, facilitate sharing best practices, and provide updates on platform developments.
You will assist in testing and change management during the integration of the new HR platform, ensuring a smooth transition by anticipating issues, communicating changes, and supporting users. Additionally, you will develop a new internal mobility journey leveraging the integrated platform, documenting its capabilities, and ensuring a positive employee experience moving within the group.
Typical daily activities include:
* Introducing onboarding journeys to new entities
* Customizing workflows for different entities
* Aligning with HRIS on workflow priorities
* Fostering the onboarding community
* Analyzing platform metrics for continuous improvement
* Preparing for platform integration
* Engaging stakeholders in internal mobility processes
How will you experience success?
* 3-5 years' project management experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
* Adaptability and a people-centric approach
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Highly organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize effectively
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Technical proficiency with MS Office; experience with Enboarder or Workday is advantageous
