The divisions SPIE ICS (Information & Communication Services), SPIE MTS (Multi-Technical Services), and SPIE IFS (Integral Facility Services) offer their services via 8 locations spread throughout Switzerland in the sectors of Smart City, energy, efficient buildings, and mission-critical infrastructure.In the context of your role, you participate in the implementation, maintenance, and operation of infrastructure.Tasks and responsibilities:- Management and maintenance of Microsoft server, Office 365, and other environments; Linux is a plus.- Management and maintenance of physical servers, including the setup and management of VMware and Hyper-V for virtualization.- Installation and maintenance of Active Directory.- Network support, including switches, routers, and firewalls.- Monitoring of systems, ensuring performance and compliance with KPIs.- Management of system updates, ensuring they are up to date (ITIL).- Diagnosis and resolution of incidents, including servers, storage, and network equipment.- Analysis, audit, and advice to clients.It is a plus if you have:- Knowledge of data center infrastructure, including storage and backup.- Experience in the design and management of a disaster recovery plan (DRP).- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, etc.- Ensuring data center security, as well as compliance with industry standards.Your profile:- Degree: HES/EPF or equivalent.- 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of IT and/or solid experience in the Microsoft data center field.- Certifications (e.g., VCP, CDNP, NCDA) are a plus.- Knowledge of the market and the latest technological advances.- Regular updating of skills in relation to a constantly evolving sector.- Curious, analytical mind, and team spirit, ease of communication.- French language skills with very good knowledge of English and German.- Driver's license.Place of work: Bussigny or with numerous trips throughout French-speaking Switzerland to visit our clients.Are you interested in the position?
