About the position: In this demanding role, you will act as a central hub within the engineering environment. You will support project and department managers in the planning, management, and monitoring of technical projects and make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the department.
* Project controlling : Supporting engineering project managers in project setup, scheduling, progress and cost monitoring, including reporting.
* Resource planning : Assisting department heads with capacity monitoring, capacity allocation, and budget planning.
* Strategic Support : Supporting the Engineering department management in overall performance evaluation and strategic departmental planning.
* Reporting & Processes : Implementation of evaluation and reporting routines.
* Optimization : Derivation of improvement initiatives based on sound data analysis.
You bring the following with you:
* Education : University degree in industrial engineering or a comparable technical education with a focus on planning and controlling.
* Experience : Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field.
* Expertise : Sound knowledge in the areas of data analysis, planning, controlling and reporting.
* IT skills : Very good user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), Power BI and SAP; experience with other data analysis tools is an advantage.
* Languages : Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
* Personality : Excellent communication skills for collaborating with various departments and implementing improvement measures.
