On behalf of our client, a global healthcare group in Bern, albedis is looking for a hands-on and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to strengthen their Digital Services team for a 1-year employment.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Set up and maintain IT equipment (laptops, mobile devices, printers, VC systems).
* Assist users and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Monitor IT systems and ensure compliance with internal IT security standards.
* Manage software, hardware inventory, licenses, and service desk tickets.
* Support Microsoft 365 adoption and usage (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
* Collaborate with external IT providers and internal teams.
* Participate in IT operations, security tasks, and ad-hoc projects.
Profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in IT support or workplace operations.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with Azure and Intune is a plus.
* Good understanding of IT security, compliance, and service management (ITIL is a plus).
* Proactive, structured, and user-focused approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
* Comfortable in a multicultural, collaborative, and agile work environment.
