We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented HR Specialist who enjoys working with people, brings solid experience in HR operations, and is fluent in both English and German – essential for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
Support employees and managers in all HR-related matters across the full employee lifecycle
Handle administrative tasks such as employment contracts, certificates, and internal documentation
Coordinate employee entries, changes, and exits in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Maintain and update personnel data in the HR system (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors)
Assist in ongoing HR projects and help optimize internal HR processes
Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and international HR teams
Your Profile:
Completed commercial education with further training in HR (e.g., HR certificate or HR Specialist with Swiss federal diploma)
Several years of professional experience in a similar HR role, ideally within an international or pharmaceutical environment
Fluent in both German and English – written and spoken (required for daily communication)
Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday)
Reliable, discrete, well-organized, and service-oriented personality
