Summary
We are searching for a Director or Senior Director with expertise in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Biostatistics, pricing, and reimbursement. The role provides statistical solutions to HTA problems and collaborates closely with International Value & Access and HEOR teams to shape joint clinical assessment in Europe.

This role supports a global portfolio of over 200 compounds, transforming clinical data into analyses that guide innovation and access.
The Role
Lead implementation of modern experimental designs, statistical models, analysis, and data exploration methodologies at the project level for HTA and reimbursement activities. Drive quantitative decision‑making in collaboration with Health Economics, Market Access, and other strategic functions.
Key Accountabilities
 * Provide strategic statistical input and influence across projects, including clinical development plans, integrated evidence generation strategies, publication strategies, and market access/ pricing & reimbursement strategies.
 * Lead implementation of innovative statistical methodology in HTA, such as network meta‑analysis, population‑adjusted methods, and other indirect treatment comparison methods.
 * Collaborate with Health Economics & Outcome Research, Market Access, and other functions to drive quantitative decision‑making for assigned indications/programs.
 * Plan, prioritize, and oversee project‑level activities, ensuring efficient resource management and effective partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
 * Support responses to payer requests and interactions, contributing to scientific engagements with agencies and healthcare professionals.
 * Oversee all statistical work—including scientific, operational, and collaborative aspects—ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency of deliverables.
 * Maintain industry knowledge of HTA trends, regulatory processes, and advanced statistical methodologies, particularly for observational research.
 * Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to non‑statistical stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner.
 * Develop and mentor biostatisticians on methodologies and processes.
Your Experience
 * PhD preferred or MS with relevant experience in Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field.
 * Advanced knowledge of indirect treatment comparison methods (network meta‑analysis, population‑adjusted methods) and experimental design.
 * Expertise in HTA, reimbursement processes, and regulatory authority frameworks in key international markets.
 * Ability to manage multiple parallel projects across therapeutic areas.
