Job Description
1. Support in the preparation of study documentation (protocols, reports) for stability studies
2. Coordinate testing schedule for outsourced stability studies with external partners
3. Manage sample logistics with outsourcing partners for stability studies
4. Monitor stability metrics for outsourced stability studies
5. Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and payments for outsourced stability studies
6. Communicate with external partners
7. Support digitalization efforts by collecting and summarizing digitalization needs
Qualifications
8. BSc or MSc degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Biology
9. 1-2 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
10. Understanding of GMP and associated quality and validation systems
11. Excellent organizational skills
12. Knowledge in sample logistics and ordering system
13. Knowledge in data analysis and reporting
14. Interest in the further development of digitalization
15. Experience in project-oriented, multidisciplinary, and multicultural environments
16. Fluent in English and German
